Vigorous activity benefits for longevity

    Recently, there was a report shows that doing vigorous exercise is a good method to benefit our individual health. Such as jogging, aerobics or tennis, their process will make us sweat much. A major research found those people who undertook even the old period of vigorous activity were more likely to avoid an early death than those who stuck to only moderate exercise. But it doesn't mean doing moderate exercise is useless.
     In short, life lies in movement. Thus we are willing to be healthy  by doing exercise,why don't we choose the best way?
